Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship all products using reputable carriers and select shipping services intended to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

All meat products are packaged with insulated materials and cooling agents designed to maintain safe temperatures for up to 2–3 days under normal transit conditions.

Upon delivery, customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing their products.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. Customers should monitor tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a significant carrier delay that causes a package to arrive later than the carrier's estimated delivery date and the product arrives unsafe for consumption, customers may request a review under our Return & Refund Policy.

If you believe your order was damaged during transit or affected by a carrier delay, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

All claims are subject to review and verification.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to extreme weather conditions, holidays, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances that may compromise product quality during transit.
